I specialize in compassionate, peaceful and nonjudgmental care/support to anyone who has ever felt marginalized or othered and is seeking personal growth and healing. My practice embraces the unique experiences of the individual and I hope to offer a safe space for exploration and empowerment. My approach is deeply rooted in understanding and honoring the individual journey so I work only with individuals.

As an (anxious) queer immigrant Indian American woman, I strive to be the acceptance I wish I had as a child. I center authenticity and intentionality in a relationally focused practice rooted in parts of my client’s lived experience. I attempt to incorporate your past to navigate the waves and waters of your present to create a brighter future for yourself.
