Prisma Rehabilitative Services, Inc. was established in August 2007. The business was founded by Dr. Julia M. Gutierrez, whom earned a doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from Walden University. She also earned a Master’s Degree in Rehabilitative Counseling and a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from the University of Texas-Pan American. Dr. Gutierrez strongly values education, compassion, dignity, and respect. These values are the foundation in which Vocational Rehabilitation and Psychological services are delivered to help customers reach their maximum potential and enjoy quality of life.
I conduct Psychological Evaluations; Mental Health Assessments for U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) applicants; Vocational Evaluations; and provide Individual Counseling Services to children, teenagers, and adults. I also provide Vocational Expert Testimony services for the Social Security Administration as a CRC.
