I'm a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Montana, Oregon, and Idaho. I work with early adolescents and adults focusing on how early attachment patterns, strategies and wounds shape mental, emotional, social well-being in relationship with ourselves, others and the world.
My approach is person-centered and integrates EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Somatic Awareness, and Strengths-Based interventions—always within a trauma-informed framework. As a Certified Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy Provider (PATP), I also offer Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy preparation and integration services.
