The majority of my counseling experience consists of working with adults, families, and children. I specialize in prenatal women and children under the age of 5. I use my understanding of attachment theory, person-centered, neurobiology and Cognitive Behavioral therapy (CBT/ DBT) as the foundation for my therapeutic work.
