I practice from a positive client-centered focus. I treat relationship and communication issues. Issues with depression and anxiety. Women's issues along with any trauma issues. I work with adults, couples and families. I also accept a sliding fee scale for those with no insurance or for those who do not want to use their insurance.
I have taken multiple trainings in the Gottman program and also workshops with Sue Johnson Attachment and Emotionally Focused therapy and Mindfulness workshops.
My practice is client centered and I am an excellent listener. I provide a supportive and caring environment for clients and their families.
I like to work with adults, couples and families including relationship issues. I also do hypnotherapy and treat eating disorders.
