I’m Priscilla, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is passionate about helping people feel understood and supported as they work through life’s challenges. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, personality-related patterns, and relationship stress. My goal is to provide a safe and supportive space where clients can explore their experiences, build healthier coping skills, and move toward lasting emotional healing and growth.
During the first session, I focus on creating a welcoming and supportive environment where clients can begin to feel comfortable sharing their experiences. We review important information about therapy, including confidentiality and expectations, while also exploring what has brought the client to seek support.
What makes my approach unique is that I understand the therapy process from both perspectives—as a clinician and as someone who has personally experienced therapy. As a teen, therapy played an important role in helping me work through past trauma and shaped my belief in the power of healing and personal growth.
