I am a bilingual (Spanish) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor, and Certified Sex Therapist. I specialize in working with individuals, couples, and families who are navigating challenges such as relationship and intimacy distress, pre-marital concerns, life transitions, substance use, parenting concerns, and family struggles, among others. In our work together, I strive to create a space where you feel supported in your growth, healing, and change, all within a holistic, strengths-based approach.
I understand that entering therapy can feel vulnerable, and I am with you every step of the way. I am dedicated to empowering you by helping you enhance self-awareness and build meaningful relationships. Through a compassionate, non-judgmental, and trauma-informed approach, I’ll meet you where you are. I'll support you as you move forward at your own pace.
I am a Certified Sex Therapist through AASECT, and I am a trained facilitator in Prepare/Enrich, which I utilize in premarital counseling sessions. I have also completed the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) intensive training, which I integrate into my therapeutic approach, and I supervise clinicians in training for their clinical licensure.
