I work with adults going through issues involving things like STRESS!, depression, anxiety, postpartum issues, trauma, stress, grief, relationship issues, caregiving and parenting challenges. I provide counseling in Greensboro and surrounding communities. My counseling tends to be goal oriented. Within the first session or two, we will establish the goals that YOU want to work on during our time together. I have an eclectic approach to counseling and pull from a variety of theories and techniques tailored specifically to you.
