About
Hello everyone, as a therapist I choose to use evidenced based approaches which provide you coping skills and tools that you can use to improve your overall quality of life. I strive to tailor therapy to benefit you, meet your needs each session, and provide relief all in a safe space. I enjoy working with adults who may be experiencing life transitions, relationship conflict, stress, self-esteem concerns, grief and loss, and I can help manage the anxiety that may come along with it. My goal as a therapist is to help you create purpose in your life, heal from past traumas, and to feel more connection to yourself and others.
I hold a Masters of Science degree as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I focus on working with adults and couples through life transitions such as college, relationships, and new jobs.
If you would like to work with me, contact me by email to set up your first appointment. It's important that you feel like it is a match for you! I’m here to listen and address your concerns, accomplishments, fears, emotions, and all the in-between.
