I am Priscilla Herzberg, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Virginia who partners with adults and couples seeking help with depression, anxiety, life transitions, and trauma. I completed my Bachelor of Science in Human Development from Virginia Tech and received my Master of Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University.
I utilize Emotional Freedom Techniques (“tapping”), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, mindfulness, solution-focused approaches, and yoga practices to support you in making positive change. I value holistic care that is culturally sensitive and effective.
