My therapeutic approach is client-centered and grounded in compassionate, trauma-informed care. I am EMDR trained and draw upon several other evidence-based modalities, including Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy.
