I believe healing happens when every part of who we are is included. Through years of supporting teens and service members impacted by trauma, I’ve learned that healing isn’t about erasing pain, it’s about creating connection. Many of the people I work with are late-identified neuorcomplex adults, or are parents navigating how their own neurocomplexity intersects with their child’s. I offer a space to understand sensory, emotional, and relational needs without shame where burnout and masking can be met with compassion. My approach is trauma-informed and neuroaffirming.
In my work of understanding CPTSD and OCD I found my own neurocomplexity. It became clear to me how much need there is for providers who truly understand the lived experience of their cultures such as being neurodivergent or military or a minority member. I work with you to honor those parts of your experience and how they intersect with your complexity.
I approach care with a focus on the full integrity of each person’s experience. Where all parts can have meaning. I don’t view neurodivergence as a disorder, instead as a way our whole body systems processes the world around it. It brings with it unique strengths, challenges, and ways of moving through the world.
