You may appear capable on the outside yet feel stuck in cycles of self-doubt, people-pleasing, or never feeling “enough.” Past wounds—from childhood experiences, painful relationships, or social pressures—can shape how you see yourself and how you move through the world. Many of the people I work with are LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent, or individuals who have navigated racism, sexism, ableism, or other forms of marginalization and have learned to mask or minimize parts of themselves to get by.
My approach integrates Brainspotting, somatic therapy, parts work, and psychoanalytic insight. Rather than relying only on conversation, we also work with the body and nervous system to to access deeper layers of emotional material that may be difficult to articulate. I also offer ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) for clients who are interested.
From relational perspective, we examine both your inner world and the systems that shaped it. Therapy can help process trauma, release shame and internalized criticism, and reconnect with the parts of you that are curious, outspoken, or rebellious—so you can move through the world with greater clarity and agency.
