English
| 中文 You are exhausted from constant self doubt and feelings of inadequacy. Past painful experiences have cast shadows over your inner world. Unresolved wounds—whether from childhood trauma, difficult relationships, or betrayal—have shaped your self-perception and relationships. You're ready to break free from perfectionism, people-pleasing, or achievement-driven compensation for shame and self-blame. Through brainspotting and psychoanalysis, we can connect your body, brain, and psyche to address stuck points in your inner experience and navigate your social, cultural, and familial landscapes toward healing.
Brainspotting is an alternative to talk therapy that could bypass the limitations of language and access the brain's subcortical regions involved in emotional processing, memory formation, and instinctive reactions. Using points in the visual field, or "brainspots," we can tap into unresolved trauma and emotions stored in the subcortical brain.
My goal is to help you process old pain, gain insight into its origins and how it shaped you, reframe limiting narratives from childhood, and integrate fragmented pieces of you into a cohesive sense of self. Schedule a free phone consult to see if we might be a good match.
