To start, here is a snapshot of my typical clients and you can see if you relate. My young adults want a space where they can process anxiety or trauma, navigate relationships, and change dysfunctional patterns. My couples come because they feel disconnected and notice escalated conflict that they cannot seem to break out of or fix. They still want to stay in their relationship, but they feel more hopeless with each fight and miscommunication.
I have extensive training and experience working with individuals & couples. I specialize in anxiety, couples' issues, breaking dysfunctional patterns, military members and their families, and young adults issues. The truth is, not every therapist is the right fit for you, which is why I offer a FREE 30 minute consultation, to see if we would be a good fit!
