My ideal client might not fully know what's happening with them but is willing to try to figure it out. My ideal client also understands that I, as their therapist, am here to serve their mental health needs that are within my scope of expertise. If their needs are outside of my expertise, I will do my best to refer them to someone who can better support them.
Lastly, my ideal client is someone who knows that they are the expert on themselves and the therapist is there to offer support for the client to decide what next steps work best for their current goals.
Many of us who experience grief find that there are few people who make space to grieve the loss of a loved one or a relationship. My practice offers the space and compassion to move through grief at a pace that works for the client. I also support clients who live with bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety, ADHD, neurodivergence, and personality disorders.
I would be honored to learn more about you and walk with you in this part of your life's journey. It really helps to hear yourself talk out loud and identify life-affirming next steps that support your needs. Please reach out if you'd like to consider including me in part of that journey.
