I work with children, teens, their families, and adult clients who may be feeling anxious, overwhelmed by ADHD, carrying the weight of grief, or navigating past trauma. I practice from a collaborative, person-centered and solution-focused approach, while including treatment interventions such as mindfulness, CBT, CPT, psychoeducation, and play. My approach focuses on the whole person-mind and body. I take time to understand each client's unique story and work with them to create a treatment plan that feels supportive.
