Reaching out for support is a brave first step, and my goal is to provide a safe, compassionate space where you feel heard, supported, and accepted without judgment. Together, we will work toward healing, reconnecting with yourself, processing grief and painful experiences, and finding peace beyond survival mode so you can feel more emotionally grounded, connected, and hopeful again.

Healing looks different for everyone. I help teens and adults struggling with trauma, grief, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm. Using EMDR, Trauma-Focused CBT, Emotion-Focused Therapy, and creative approaches like Sandtray, I provide compassionate, trauma-informed care that supports healing, self-connection, and lasting emotional growth.
