I provide psychotherapy, counseling and group therapy for anxiety, depression, bereavement, grief, men's issues, anger management, substance abuse/addiction and a wide range of other personal, family and marital problems, including couples counseling. Also, I have advanced substance abuse/addiction education and training. From this foundation, I have a solid understanding of the role that drugs, including prescription drugs and the brains own natural compounds, have in affecting a person's mental and emotional health.
In addition, I have an extensive background in working with perpetrators and victims of Domestic Violence. I consider this to be deeply important work, as both the victims and perpetrators of Domestic Violence are dealing with difficulties that need treatment in order to stop the cycle of violence.
Finally, many people dealing with emotional issues do not always fit into the limiting categories of a formal diagnosis. In my work with you we will seek and find the core of your difficulties and then the answers that will change your life in the manner you wish.
