My practice focus is the treatment of children and adults seeking to heal from trauma, anxiety and depression. It is my life's passion, providing emotional support and relief to those who have become stuck in their past experiences so they can live a more fulfilled present and future.

Michelle believes every person has their own story, needs, and desires. She feels that throughout every story there are trials, triumphs, hardships, and successes. Michelle sees herself as a listening ear, and a non-judgmental professional person, offering encouragement and hope. In her spare time, Michelle enjoys spending time with her family, including being outside, going to parks, and playing board games.

Crystal Kania, is a therapist who has been practicing since 2016. She graduated from Michigan State University with a Master's in Social Work. Crystal believes that therapy is a perfect opportunity to be our true selves and feel supported as well. Her goal as a therapist is to be there for you while you make your way through this journey.
