The journey to a person's best self can be long and at times difficult. Therapy is an essential part of that journey. As a therapist my obligation is to support the needs of each client with relevant and essential tools geared towards achieving their desired goals. Concerns related to anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues, career transition, trauma, family conflict or mental health issues can be addressed in a safe and judgement-free environment.
My approach to therapy is eclectic and based on the individual needs. I utilize an approach to highlight clients strengths. This strength based approach is leverage for you to achieve and maintain your goals. I have training in family therapy, DBT, REBT, CBT, psychotherapy and couples therapy.
