I am a Licensed Resident in Counseling at Prince William Family Counseling for the past three year's. I graduated from Liberty University with a Master in Professional counseling. My thirty years military experience and my mental health has positioned me in serving the community in battling mental health concerns. I work with all populations including, children, elders, and families. My education and life experiences are tools that I use in the therapeutic process. My goal is to help solve some of the challenging situations in your life to be viewed clearer, making your response to the challenge more effective.
I specialize in working with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, personality disorders, PTSD, and family dynamics. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused approaches to resolve problems and relieve suffering. The goal-oriented practical approaches help to find quick solutions and improve the quality of life.
Caring for others, faith, community, and dedication are some of my core when assisting others in crisis. I also hold a Master of Arts degree in human resources and have a desire to communicate with people and provide help to anyone in need. I’m looking forward to our conversation and a productive therapeutic relationship.
