I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, trauma-focused approaches, and integrative methods to address substance use, trauma, and related patterns. The work is adapted to what is happening in the moment so it stays relevant and effective. When requested, I also incorporate Christian counseling.
