Working with us, you will learn to cope, have less racing thoughts, improve self-esteem, learn how to have self-compassion, have better days, feel more motivated, and feel energized. It will be up to you to implement the things you learn in therapy, but we will support you every step of the way.
Starting in therapy is a very scary and overwhelming process. We try to make the process as easy as possible. We quickly respond to phone calls and e-mail and offer online scheduling. We understand that finding the right therapist is important. If we do not have the right therapist for you, then we will take the time to find you the right therapist.

Groups
Today's Teenage Experience
We are offering an in-person support group for teen girls (14-17 years old). The group will run for six consecutive Mondays (excluding Halloween) beginning on 10/3 & ending 11/14/22. The group will be led by whatever the teens want to talk about and will likely include body image, self-esteem, anxiety, peer pressure, and gossiping. You do not need to be a client in order to participate; however, parents will need to complete consents. You must pre-register on our website. Space is limited. Snacks and drinks will be provided.
