My goal in therapy is to help someone within an environment that is safe, which facilitates them to be able to change and also be able to maintain that change. Change is often times hard to do, however with the right guidance it can be possible.
My experience has included working with children, adolescents, adults, seniors, couples, and families in an outpatient and inpatient setting.
