This group is appropriate for individuals who are motivated to engage in structured, short-term work to process distressing experiences, such as: physical/sexual assault, gender-based violence, racial trauma, birth trauma, loss, complicated grief, relationship difficulties, and other traumas. This group will help you feel calmer, more resilient, and help you regain your balance.
