My approach is very customized based on what you are personally going through, and I like to view the entire picture of your life for optimal support.

Maybe you are a care provider who faces this with their loved one or with your patients? I am dedicated to walking beside you, through these challenges and facilitating growth. With extensive training and certification in grief counseling for all ages, I understand there are many losses in life, including when there has been a death. Loss permeates various aspects of our lives, and my practice acknowledges and addresses the profound impact it can have.

I established my practice to provide sound therapy to those who are seeking to grow, heal, transition--to shift from established ways of coping that are no longer helpful and to heal from past pains that cause present distress. My approach is very engaging and practical and helps individuals and couples manage and experience their life and relationships in more stable and positive ways. I am able to help those with a myriad of life's stresses and complex emotions. For me, the client-therapist relationship is an honor and a privilege as we share this work together.

Philosophy & Therapeutic Approach "‹My approach is collaborative. I believe in working together with clients to create a strong therapeutic alliance to help achieve desired therapeutic goals. I enjoy working with children (as young as 6), adolescents, adults, and families struggling with navigating life transitions, including the transition to adolescence, the transition to parenthood, as well as parent coaching. My background also includes helping adolescents with social skills and peer relationships.

I love working with folks across the lifespan (kids, teens, parents, adults)! Therapy provides tools to better navigate life’s challenges. I am passionate about helping my clients to overcome negative thought patterns and emotional hurdles like anxiety, low self-esteem, and depression. Through empathetic listening and fresh perspectives, I offer a safe space for growth and healing. My core belief is that while life's events are uncontrollable, our responses are within our power. My work uses the Incredible Years Parenting Curriculum, Play Therapy, ACT, CBT, DBT, and ERP. Parents are regular collaborators during child/teen therapy.

Rebekah is a licensed clinical psychologist who has been practicing since 2010. She graduated from George Fox University graduate school of clinical psychology in 2008 with a doctorate in clinical psychology. Rebekah enjoys working with children, adolescents and younger adults with a variety of concerns including anxiety and depression. She believes that therapy is a uniquely individual process and adapts her approach to each individual's needs. In addition to those modalities noted below she also provides play therapy.
