I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, and I see children, adolescents, adults, and couples in a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental environment. I work with individuals and families working through trauma, depression, anxiety, and relationship issues. In addition, I often see children suffering from low self-esteem, ADHD and other behavioral struggles. I offer a holistic approach working with both individuals and sometimes their families to provide the best care and outcomes for those in need. Working with parents is usually an important piece to helping a child.
I work to help people gain self understanding. Using that understanding, they are able to make the best decisions for day-to-day life and in developing basic problem solving strategies. Often significant change can be made simply through the process of education and awareness.
I also offer full psychological testing services, including testing for Gifted and Talented programs, learning disabilities, ADHD, and emotional disturbances.
