I believe therapy is most effective when there is a collaborative relationship based on trust, understanding, and growth. I will actively work with you to achieve your goals and resolve the problems that are interfering with your life and happiness. I provide comprehensive and individualized care to children, adolescents, and adults using an integrative approach that emphasizes elements of cognitive-behavioral therapy, family systems theory, and interpersonal therapy. My areas of expertise include: mood disorders and depression, anxiety and stress, relationship and family issues, adolescent development, Asperger's Syndrome, and ADHD.
I am a licensed psychologist in the state of Pennsylvania. I attained my doctorate degree in clinical psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. During graduate school, I held clinical positions at the University of Chicago, Illinois Masonic Medical Center, and The Frances Xavier Warde School.
