Hi, I'm Alexa. I specialize in chronic illness, anxiety and grief counseling and am a nationally certified grief informed professional. I provide flexibility in scheduling through telehealth and in-person services. I've worked in mental health since 2011 and obtained my Master's degree in clinical counseling in 2018 from UNLV. My approach to counseling is strongly person-centered, using narrative techniques. My philosophy is to make warmth and comfort a priority throughout the counseling experience, along with the incorporation of evidence-based strategies for relief.
