I have over 25 years of clinical experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, and families to navigate distress related to adverse life events, anxiety, depression, oppositional behaviors, anger, social skills, poor communication, and self-esteem.

My entire adult life I have worked with children and their families as a professional teacher and now a therapist. I easily relate to all ages - children, adolescents, teens, and adults. I understand how important working with families and schools can be for the mental health of the child. As a teacher for over 20 years, I understand burnout, the inner-workings of schools, and the importance of the personnels' mental health and self care. Plus, over 16 years experience with child-rearing, elderly parental care, end of life choices, adult social services, and grief and bereavement therapies for children and adults.

I have been working in the mental health field since 2004. I began this journey working as a community mentor for children. Since that time, I have had many different roles. I have worked providing specialized services to children and families, been a lead clinician, and provided school based care before jumping into the private practice realm. My heart lies in helping people reach their full potential! Through working with diverse ages and client populations, I have learned that each person and system are unique.

Throughout schooling and work in the field, I have worked with everyone from hospice patients, "SED" (seriously emotionally disturbed) youth, schools, foster children, adults, and families. I have also done an abundance of custody work in Yellowstone County over the past 20+ years. I work with a variety of individuals ages 10 and up. My name is Rebecca Fallon. I am a licensed addictions counselor and licensed clinical professional counselor in the state of MT. After working in an agency setting for the last several years, I decided to begin my own practice after being encouraged by a colleague and having my son. I see all ages.
