I work with clients throughout the life span. I believe it is important to develop a relationship and assist the client to creating goals toward their own behavior change. We will explore the client's background and past events that have caused the client to seek out support to better their future. I do challenge a client to address when their actions are not working toward the goals they have set for therapy.

The therapist is present to support and walk alongside the client on their path to well-being. I believe that people have the solutions to their problems and challenges within themselves and the therapist’s job is to help excavate what is buried within.

I provide a range of services including but not limited to: How to manage and cope with stress, anger, depression, anxiety, heartbreak, life transitions, parenting and family issues and college/education stress. As well as, how to process, work through and find healing after a loss. I love working with couples and helping them gain better problem-solving skills, have more meaningful communication, and to help them create a deeper emotional connection with each other. If preferred by the Client, I also offer faith-based therapy.

In my work experience I have provided clinical support to a wide variety of individuals working through a number of concerns such as ADHD, Grief and Loss, Depression, Anxiety, Severe Panic Attacks, Trauma, Relationship concerns, Self-harm, Domestic violence and adjusting to new life circumstances. I have also worked in large part at a providing clinical services to teens suffering from severe mental illness and helping them cope with difficult life circumstances and develop a positive and fulfilling outlook on the present.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have worked in the field as a therapist with children, adolescents, adults, and families for the past 9 years both in home-based and outpatient settings.
