As a licensed mental health counselor who has been in the field for a number of years, I have worked with children, teenagers, adults of all ages, caregivers, couples and families in order to produce desirable outcomes in areas that have caused conflict or dissatisfaction in the past or currently. I am experienced in collaborating with my clients in identifying what the need is in each case, in order to take necessary steps to create positive change. I support clients who are experiencing high stress, are in crisis and have complex struggles and needs.

With over 25 years of experience working with pre-teens, adolescents and adults, I have worked extensively with several schools in the Boston Metrowest area. I understand the intricacies of the home/school connection and am adept at partnering with parents to facilitate collaboration with all providers in the child’s environment. I have successfully worked with adolescents and families to address a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety, grief, low self-esteem, and ADD/ADHD.

Meeting the needs of students who learn differently. We provide person and online assessments. Independent Educational Evaluations (IEE) Psychological, Neuropsychological Talented and Gifted Assessment IQ Evaluations, Achievement Testing, Social/Emotional Functioning, Learning Disabilities Testing and Autism screening. We also provide educational consults and attend team meetings for the development of the IEP.

I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and young adults with anxiety and depression as well as learning, school, relationship, and chronic health issues. Through my experience in school, college, and neuropsychology settings, I am able to support youth and families seeking psychotherapy for challenges they face across various domains of their lives. I strive to maintain a warm therapeutic environment and work collaboratively with clients to tailor treatments to meet each client's specific needs.
