The biggest desire I have in my life is to help people. In this difficult time, everyone needs someone to rely on and navigate through life's challenges. I am an experienced counselor who is passionate about working with children, adolescents, and adults who struggle with OCD, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and BFRB. Without understanding why, we may become increasingly anxious or depressed as new mothers and need additional support. Or we may feel that we have lost our identity somewhere between dishes, nap times, and ferrying kids to their activities.
