I am a native New Yorker with over 23 yrs experience in health & human services, working with people from various backgrounds, ethnicities, and age groups. Deciding what to do about: a troubled child, aging/ailing loved one, workplace challenges, relationship issues, or personal struggles can be draining, complicated, and discouraging. My emergency room/crisis work history has given me special skills to help with sudden life changes as well as long-standing problems. One thing is sure, a healthy mindset is the foundation for strong relationships and successful living. I am eager to help you get to your best self!

My goal is to support children, adults, and families in helping them figure out how to sort through their trauma and build a more fulfilling life. The clients I see range from middle schoolers struggling with trauma to adults trying tp figure out their next step. Whatever the difficulty, we'll work as a team to create long-lasting change.

We also provide medication management. We are located in the heart of Warner Robins, Georgia. Our facility provides safety and privacy for patients seeking healing and recovery. Our program treats patients age 5 and older in an outpatient setting. Our staff is specially trained to address the complex needs of individuals with co-occurring disorders and to treat the whole person in a comprehensive way.

I provide therapy for a variety of issues that you may be facing. The most prominent of these issues are depression, anxiety, and adjustment disorders. This does not mean I do not provide counseling for other issues or that those “other” issues are not as important. Here are a few examples of those “other” issues I have experience with: grief counseling, social skills education, substance abuse, parenting, domestic violence education/counseling and therapy related to chronic medical issues. In my practice, I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). When appropriate, I use other treatment modalities as well.

I have grown a passion for working with young adults experiencing so many of life’s new challenges and changes, as they transition in college and their new lives after graduation.
