I am a licensed clinical social worker with a holistic approach to treatment. I have over thirty years of clinical experience. To best help my clients I make a point of keeping abreast of current and new theories, and integrate them with traditional strategies. I help individuals, couples and families negotiate through a large variety of issues and life transitions. My specializations include: anxiety, depression and bipolar disorders, grief and loss, women's issues, addiction issues, trauma, dysfunctional and toxic relationships, and navigating through stage of life issues.

Tonya Delaney is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Georgia who has been practicing since 2016. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the State University College of New York at Oswego and a Master's Degree in Social Work from Syracuse University. Tonya enjoys working with adolescents and adults suffering with depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, trauma, family conflict, and everyday life issues. Project Family, LLC is a community healthcare organization serving children, adolescents, and adults with mental health needs and substance abuse concerns. Dr. Cindy Edins is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Educational Psychologist. She holds a Masters in Marriage and Family Counseling as well as a PhD in Educational Psychology. Dr. Cindy has over 20 years of experience counseling and 12 years of teaching psychology courses at local colleges/universities. Dr. Cindy has advanced training through the Beck Initiative for Recovery-Oriented Cognitive Therapy for which she holds a current certification. She is also certified as a substance abuse counselor through the 7-Challenges program which supports the clients in making healthy decisions about their drug and/or alcohol choices.

After receiving invaluable warmth & empathy during my own experience of therapy I felt obliged to give others the same compassion. I use my skills as a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, Trauma Sensitive Yoga Facilitator, Registered Yoga Teacher-500, & EMDR trained therapist along with IFS-informed parts work to help empower others to heal their wounds. I was motivated to earn the credentials of Registered Yoga Teacher-500 & Trauma Sensitive Yoga Facilitator when my psychotherapy practice revealed to me that achieving whole-self healing requires not only addressing the scars of the mind, but also those held in the body.
