In working with clients, my theoretical approaches are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Adlerian therapy, Trauma Focused CBT, and Positive Psychology, alongside Motivational Interview (M.I). I believe psychotherapy and treatment are not "one size fits all." Treatment is tailored to each client, considering their needs, psychosocial experience, and cultural background. My main focus during the initial phase of working with the client is to build a therapeutic alliance.
