I’m passionate about helping neurodivergent clients specifically with Autism learn life skills to increase independence and communication. The majority of my practice focuses on improving client’s overall self-esteem and a sense of competence within their family and community. I use CBT to focus on secondary issues such as anxiety, depression and ADHD.
