I specialize in helping adults and couples who are dealing with stress; emotional problems and relationship issues. For those interested in brief therapy (individual and couples therapy). I have been in private practice for 30 years. I provide a safe; warm environment in which clients are encouraged to discuss their issues openly and honestly. Also I work with elderly adults who are struggling with aging issues. I provide individual therapy for adults who have job-related stress; depression; anxiety and relationship issues. I'm offering four sessions for a total of $600 and your insurance won't be billed.
I help people overcome depression; anxiety; stress and relationship problems in which they learn new coping skills to deal with life's most difficult challenges. In couples therapy I help clients learn how to resolve conflicts and communicate their feelings so they are heard and understood by their partner.
I provide a safe, comfortable setting which allows clients to explore their issues and quickly find solutions. Each client is encouraged to formulate specific goals which lead to positive change. I help clients discover their unique gifts and strengths. NOTE: I'm offering four sessions for a total of $600 and your insurance won't be billed.
