Struggling with anxiety, depression and high stress can have a negative effect on how you think, feel and experience the world. My experience varies from working with adults, teens, children, and families within school settings and my private practice. I will help you to identify and release the deep emotions that are limiting you so you can start living your life more confidently and freely. We'll also explore the use of calming exercises to provide you with some relief from stress.
I’m passionate about strengthening your resilience and am goal oriented! I also consider that we are each unique, so I work collaboratively to explore the specific approach that matches your style but also challenges you. Working through emotional triggers and difficult feelings is hard work but I’m here to gently help you heal.
