I'm an LAC and I am passionate about working with teens and adults in individual, family, and intensive settings. I enjoy working holistically with pediatricians, dietitians, and all other providers for the best care.

I have worked with a wide range of individuals and families, adults and children, to deal with life's challenges. My goal is to do therapy differently when possible, whether that means going outdoors and taking a walk or meeting from the comfort of your own home via secured telehealth. My model for therapeutic recovery comes from 20+ years of clinical experience. I have assisted a variety of individuals discover their true potential and find ways to cope with and embrace the obstacles in their life. I have treated children, adolescents and adults in both inpatient and outpatient settings. I specialize in treating children and adolescents with behavioral problems, learning disabilities, abuse issues and mood disorders. I work with adults who suffer with depression, anxiety, addictions and relationship issues.

I live and work in the River Valley. Formerly a safety engineer in Chicago, I later trained as a Marriage and Family Therapist in The Canadian Rockies. I’ve been practicing for over 14 years and provide a Christ-centered approach to therapy. I have over 8000 hours of experience with youth issues. I enjoy working with couples and families, helping people fall in love again. I have helped many people work through loss, trauma and, also trained in and advanced trauma techniques using EMDR therapy. I have seen many clients with sexual issues. I have experience working with children and adults with autism and dyslexia.

Anna works with families, couples, adolescents and children. She has extensive experience in crisis counseling, individual, and groups. She holds a Masters degree in Community Counseling with an emphasis in Marriage and Family therapy. Anna has been trained by one of the top trauma therapists in the nation and is a certified trauma therapist herself; as well as EMDR trained. Anna is also a Certified Sexual Addiction Therapist. (CSAT) Anna offers multiple day customized therapy intensives as well as weekly outpatient appointments.

I deeply enjoy the artwork of the therapy process. My goal is to help people find freedom and peace from traumas, addictions, unhealthy relationships, and destructive behaviors. I work with adults, adolescents, couples, children, and groups. My approach includes honesty and gentleness to build safety to face whatever obstacles are getting in the way.
