I work with kids, tweens, and teens who are struggling. You’ve noticed they’re not as interested in their friends, school, or activities they used to love. They have difficulty sleeping and complain of aches and pains. They were outgoing but now they’re anxious. I offer strengths-based, in-person therapy in the Phoenix area, and telehealth in California, using cognitive-behavioral techniques, inner-child work, EMDR and Exposure and Response Prevention.
