As human beings I believe we all hold the power to heal from within. Be it trauma, grief, integrating medicine, or the simple ins and outs of your day to day, you are invited to explore and integrate all parts of yourself without judgment. Weaving together my multicultural upbringing, training in Mindfulness, and love for the natural world around us, I've develop a holistic whole-person approach where I work experientially with my clients. Together, with mother earth, a safe space is created where you can be nurtured and held on your healing journey. Some days we may sit by the creek chatting, and others making herbal medicine.
I believe strongly in the mind, body, and spirit framework and its healing power when we allow ourselves to tap into our inner wisdom. I meet my clients wherever they are on their healing journey and serve as a guide to help them build a deeper relationship with themselves and the world around them.
It is an honor to witness people on their healing journey, to watch them find their inner strength, and come back to their true self with compassion. I believe very much in the healing relationship and offer free 20-30 minute consultations.
