I am a second generation Korean-American born and raised on the unceded ancestral lands of the Dxʷdəwʔabš (Duwamish Tribe) and now live as a guest upon Mni Sóta Maḳoce, Dakota homeland. My relational approach is built upon 15+ years working with and alongside individuals, families and communities to nurture growth as an educator, coach, trainer and leader. Becoming a parent in 2014 both broke and broke me open, ushering intergenerational healing and cultural reclamation that continues today. Being a kid during these modern times is difficult, and asking for help is courageous when life begins to feel a little too much. I have a particular passion providing mental health care for children, adolescents, and young adults, and have a special interest working with neurodivergence and anxiety disorders. Sarah has experience providing group, individual, and family therapy. She has worked with most ages in a variety of settings including schools, daycares, homes, and day treatment centers. Sarah believes in the value of each individual’s unique strengths and aims to guide her clients towards healing through creativity. Sarah’s approach is gentle and informative while offering a safe, warm, and encouraging environment. She hopes that her clients will feel heard, as she seeks to understand their concerns and find ways to guide them towards their therapy goals.

With 40+ years working as a psychologist, I work with a variety of clients struggling with mental health and life issues. Many clients seek my help for anxiety, depression, serious and persistent mental illness and life transitions. My patients include children as young as 7, adolescents, adults and seniors in their 80's. Clients are often referred to me for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, relationship issues and sports-related performance concerns. I also have experience working with individuals and families where there are life-threatening health issues, infertility and pregnancy loss for both mothers and fathers.

I am passionate about supporting clients in improving the quality of their relationships. As a couples therapist, I believe we all long for connection. It is primal and in our DNA. However, in order to feel a connection, we need to feel a sense of safety first. I am passionate about working with couples who are experiencing a lack of connection and are seeking help with hopes of increasing the effectiveness of their communication, boundaries, and connection. Another passion of mine is helping couples navigate family conflicts. Family conflicts are not easy and they tend to disrupt the whole family system. I am currently accepting new clients for couples or family therapy. I offer sliding scale fees for couples as well.

Paige Kahleck is a Marriage and Family Therapist in process with experience working with depression, anxiety, and ADD/ADHD. Paige works with individuals, families and couples. Paige treats children to adults utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Narrative therapy in her approach with clients. In her clinical work, Paige is well versed in both traditional therapeutic techniques as well as creative modalities such as play therapy, role play and skills work. In her free time Paige enjoys being outside hiking and biking. Paige has a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Saint Mary's University.

Welcome All, Dr. Mike enjoys working with children and families, adolescents, adults, and the elderly regarding Serious Mental Illness (e.g., Schizophrenia, Bipolar disorder, Complex personality disorders), depressive and anxiety disorders, co-occurring disorders, dementia, and a range of other social/psychological problems and issues. If testing is needed or required to differentiate or refine a diagnosis or to broaden your knowledge and inform your concerns testing is available.
