My approach is Cognitive Behavior Therapy combined with a Humanistic Approach integrated with Solution Focused therapy. Through our work together, couples are enabled to navigate conflict smoothly and build trust with one another. I also help adults grieving the loss of a loved one. By giving space to their grief in a place of support.
I also specialize working with couples, grief, trauma and PTSD. I view therapy as a collaborative process in which the client and therapist work together for the client's growth as well as bringing in a biblical perspective to your counseling, offering a safe enviroment where you could share and get the healing you need, without feeling judged or fear.
