At Growing in Care Mental Health Counseling PLLC, we work with children, adolescents, adults, and families, and our experience includes supporting youth and adults with various diagnoses including (but not limited to), anxiety, depression, & autism. We utilize CBT and strength based approaches, while meeting clients where they are at in their growth and healing. We support with needs across settings, including school, employment, and with families.

I would like to assist you in managing symptoms of anxiety and take back your life! I utilize a Client-Centered, Cognitive Behavioral approach, promoting autonomy, increased self-awareness and resiliency to manage daily life, as well as it's many stressors. I am trained in both EMDR, as well as Trauma Focused-CBT. I understand the importance of flexibility, and tailoring approaches to meet the unique needs and preferences of individuals.

As a clinical therapist with over a decade of dedicated experience, I believe the therapeutic journey should be centered around fostering a strong, collaborative partnership with my clients. I have over fifteen years of professional experience in the field of mental health. A graduate of Syracuse University, I have worked with a variety of individuals in private practice, as well as non-profit clinical settings. As a Client-Centered Cognitive Behavioral Therapist, my approach to therapy involves providing support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. I offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding, I will work with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.

It has been a joy to work as a therapist for the past 20 years. I have been witness to much resilience, strength, healing and growth. My passion is working with individuals, couples and families, helping them to feel supported and validated as they increase peace in their lives, resolve issues and manage stressors and mental health symptoms. I have worked in the settings of my private practice, residential mental health, outpatient mental health, psychiatric emergency department and as a school social worker.
