I have a Masters degree in Counseling with a concentration in School Counseling and an advanced certification in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I currently work as a mental health counselor and have also been working as a school counselor for the last several years. I previously worked in behavioral health home care management and have experience counseling adults and adolescents in both individual and group settings.

Hi there! My name is Tricia Og and I started working in the mental health field in 2010. Since then, I’ve worked in school settings, provided crisis intervention, and provided therapy in both home-based and clinical settings. I truly enjoy working with all clients, but I specialize in working with children/ adolescents, LGBTQ, adults, and families. From my experience, I have found that building a strong rapport with each client is just as important as the clinical intervention.

I primarily work with children and adolescents who struggle with anxiety, depression, ADHD, school avoidance, and sports performance challenges. I also provide parenting strategies and techniques through parent-only sessions. I am a NY State Licensed Psychologist and have been in the field for over 20 years. I completed my internship at the University of Rochester Department of Psychiatry in 1990. I specialize in working with Adolescents, Adults, Couples & Families. I am experienced in treating depression, anxiety, marital/relationship issues, divorce, sexual dysfunction, anger management & parenting strategies. I do a great deal of work with blended families. Therapy is goal oriented/insight oriented, utilizing a cognitive-behavioral approach with a psycho-educational emphasis.
