As a Black/Queer/Neurodivergent provider, I am dedicated to helping you synthesize memories and experiences of your life, and how these moments might be informing your identities today. I am deeply invested in you and think of our relationship as a collaborative one in which we both discover and explore what affirms you and makes you feel seen, heard, and supported.

I am a licensed sexologist specializing in sex &relationship therapy with SYNC Psychological Services. I work with couples/individuals on relationships, sex, and sexuality issues. Some focus areas include sexual trauma, infidelity & domestic violence recovery, feeling insecure in relationships/low self-esteem, sexual exploration (gender identity, Kink/BDSM, or polyamory/ethical non-monogamy), sexual performance issues (erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, low arousal, difficulty reaching orgasm), childhood trauma, anxiety, depression, & PTSD. I also have extensive experience working with individuals with ADHD & Autism.

It's easy for you to sense other people's feelings, but sometimes you feel misunderstood. You may overthink things, or you may be so intuitive that you can't tune out the noise of daily life. The gift of being highly sensitive can also come with internal struggles that may be hard for others to understand. My knowledge of trauma-informed care and behavioral health, coupled with my creative background in yoga and art therapy, allows me to provide support expert to highly sensitive people.

I am a licensed social worker offering individual psychotherapy that is dynamic, supportive, non-judgemental and interactive. Together we will create a warm therapeutic environment where one can explore painful feelings, identify goals and develop strategies for coping with difficult emotion's and circumstances. My style is personable and challenging.

Have you suffered a loss from a divorce, lost a loved one in unexpected or traumatic circumstances or perhaps to suicide? I have particular expertise in those who have experienced divorce, survivors of trauma, and family members who have lost loved ones to suicide. I work with my clients to create a safe and supportive environment and find that clients are better able to openly explore their feelings in that way. I strive to understand the concerns my clients and couples come to me with and to empower them to effect change in their relationships and lives.
