Hello and welcome. My name's Preston and I am a queer therapist of color. In my work with clients, my top priority is fostering a safe, vibrant connection with clients as I help them explore, learn, and heal. I take a systems perspective, always striving to understand both individuals and their place within broader societal/cultural structures.

I work with folks grappling with depression, anxiety, relationship strain, grief, and life transitions. I specialize in serving LGBTQ+ and BIPOC communities, offering particular support for those recovering from religious trauma and conversion therapy. I also support those looking to understand and integrate psychedelic and other extra-ordinary experiences.

I also provide relationship therapy for clients, rooted in a sex-positive, poly-affirming frame. Based in Oakland, I extend my services throughout California via telehealth.
