It is easy to get “stuck” in life. Stuck in our negative thought loops, stuck in our past traumas, and stuck in the pattern of living as our younger selves. The goal of therapy is to experience movement in your life as you begin to apply the skills that challenge automatic thoughts, examine the origins of your behaviors, and gain an overall better understanding of the Self. My job is to help translate and untangle the messages we received in our past that are no longer serving us today. I believe in a holistic approach that examines the connection of our mental well-being with our physical health.
I primarily work with individuals experiencing "stuckness" as anxiety, depression and relationship conflict. I also provide parenting & child therapy, as well as specialized support for women experiencing pregnancy complications (such as postpartum, loss, and infertility).
